Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, and on-site execution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, and regional teams) to align event objectives and messaging
Track and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation metrics
Own the marketing lead lifecycle from capture to qualification and handover to sales
Manage leads generated from multiple channels (events, digital campaigns, website, partners)
Ensure timely lead follow-up, qualification, and routing using Compass and marketing automation tools
Develop and implement nurturing programs to improve conversion rates.
Gather industry news, market trend and competitive information that provide insights to sales and BD team for market expansion.
Support ASEAN Sales team in the tender document preparation and maintaining customer database.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technical industries
Proven experience in event management and lead lifecycle management
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing platforms (e.g. Zoom, ON24) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Possess a detail oriented and meticulous personality with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
