, Global Team, APAC Team, and other relevant stakeholders. Proactively align business needs with system solutions and resolve communication gaps in a timely manner.
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the project manager, including urgent requirement follow-ups, temporary meeting coordination, and cross-team information synchronization.
Organize and facilitate project preparation meetings and kick-off meetings, ensuring all participants are aligned on project timelines, deliverables, training materials, and supporting resources.
Design and implement effective tracking mechanisms for testing progress and results, collecting and analyzing testing data, and generating statistical reports to support project decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in ERP system projects (preferably SAP) or IT project coordination, with basic understanding of OTC business processes.
Good cross-team communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with global and regional teams (e.g., Global, APAC) and external partners (e.g., Deloitte).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with test management tools is a plus.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project needs.
