Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting sales AOP of Waters consumable product in APAC countries
Develop new accounts/contacts through marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain key account customer relationships through regular visits
Identify and target new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle
Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the business according to sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of the markets with regards to customers, competitors, environment, etc.
Development of local competitive knowledge and local market intelligence by partnering with local teams and resources
Identifying new business opportunities within the Waters and competitive account base
Strategic account management, lead deal planning and drive account penetration for all support solutions in the account, competitively drive Waters's presence and influence sales
Executive calling skills, network with executives within accounts to foster and facilitate business growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with field sales, service and other business organizations to develop and implement account plans for strategic accounts within region
Qualifications
Bachelors, Masters or other University degree or equivalent. Degree in science and/or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience
5+ years direct sales or marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success in solutions sales major accounts
Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs
Strong influence leadership, business development, sales negotiating, and sales closing skills
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
Outstanding presentation, planning and organizational skills
Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation preferred
