· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
· Operate within established best practices in CI/CD, testing, and cloud-native development.

Qualifications
What You Bring:
· Proven experience in backend development with C#/.NET.
· Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
· Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and DevOps practices.
· Passion for clean code, testing (TDD/BDD), and Agile delivery.
Bonus if you have experience with, but not essential:
· Familiarity with Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
· Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions
· BDD with Gherkin & SpecFlow
· Secure software development (OWASP, TLS, PKI)
· Regulated environments (e.g., IVD, medical devices)
