AR action effectively
Act as Waters QA approval for CMs' First Article Inspection buy off and Part Acceptance activities
Regularly communicate with Operations and Supply Chain to identify improvement opportunities / projects for COPQ, Quality and Productivity
Plan, manage and execute an effective Asia supplier audits program and supplier process / product change notification (PCN) program
Participate in internal / external quality audit activities
Qualifications
Engineering degree preferably in electro-mechanical, electrical engineering or PCB related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Supplier Quality / Quality Engineering capacity in a manufacturing or CM environment
Good understanding of PCB manufacturing and test processes
Working knowledge in ISO 9001 and / or ISO 13485
QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor experience
Proven experience in efficient supplier quality management and governance
Proven experience in managing supplier quality escalation, containment and counter measures
Ability to travel as required
