Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with industry experts at all levels. Drive both technical and economics buying journey for Mass Spec and LC.
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to identify and develop opportunities.
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve growth objectives.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Waters' solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their application needs and providing tailored solutions.
Track sales metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide timely updates on pipeline status.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer engagement and drive product adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the Biological Sciences. MS, PhD is a plus
2 years bench level experience with LC and MS for large molecule applications
Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
Customer-facing experience, preferably in a technical or laboratory environment, is a plus
The general base pay for this position ranges from 82-136,500 CAD. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
