Building out and leading a global enterprise infrastructure and creating a 24/7 help desk to support the employees at the GCC.
Responsibility for IT Technology and Infrastructure Services at the GCC including Strategy, Planning, Architecture, Service Delivery & Operations.
Strategic I&O Transformation and Resource Optimization.
Service Desk process reform and optimization based on ITIL framework.
Leading migrations to cloud services and SaaS solutions.
Defining and implementing a modern and flexible end-user experience strategy that focuses on providing frictionless technology solutions for all employees at the GCC.
Responsibilities:
Building out and leading a global enterprise infrastructure and creating a 24/7 help desk to support the employees at the GCC.
Ensuring disaster recovery plans are operational for all externally hosted applications.
Ensuring that operations and infrastructure services (data center, cloud, SaaS, desktop support, mail, security, etc.) operate with a high degree of availability, reliability, and resiliency with the ability to apply generally accepted industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
Proactively managing Waters' vendor resources to work through events/problems that occur within the Waters computing environment to minimize end-user impact; appropriately drafting and distributing communications to the IT team and affected end-users.
Negotiating and establishing Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Acting as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs.
Ensuring cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responding with agility to changing business priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience with technology solutions through highly integrated enterprise, with at least 5 years of experience leading organizations.
Experience with large-scale IT integration efforts, public-facing technology mergers and acquisitions, and the ability to establish, communicate, and maintain technology standards across Waters' business segments.
Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans.
Ability to evangelize and sell stakeholders across the company on key I/O priorities and how they connect with larger company initiatives.
Significant experience contributing to a senior management team - this assumes participation in strategic and business planning, product strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and overall business direction.
High level of financial literacy oversight to effectively manage technology, expenses, and capital spending, producing cost analysis that considers the costs and benefits, not only in the technology areas but also in the user business areas.
