Your knowledge in technology and working experience in analytical chemistry lab are strongly expected to make Waters Customer Success. This position would cover the South Korea region.
Responsibilities
Support market strategy execution with cross-functional teams, focusing on the materials science market.
Identify new business opportunities and support sales closure.
Drive marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and leads.
Collaborate with HQ, regional, and global teams to enhance customer experience.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or relevant Sciences preferred
Experience:
7+ years' experience in sales or marketing (experience in the materials science industry preferred)
Proven success in executing market strategies and initiatives
Strong customer focus with ability to build long-term relationships
Technical background in analytical technologies (LC, MS)
Skills:
Bilingual: Korean (native) and English (good command)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven
