Calling customers to review equipment/ software and service plan options
Sending Quotes ti customer for the Spares, Consumables, Plans. Following up forthe PO & processing.
Review of all quotations and documenting service sales process in SPMS tool. Completing the billing review in Compass
Achieving team and individual goals.
Qualifications
Successful candidate is likely to have the following competencies:
Qualification:
Minimum of Commerce Graduate or in lieu of a degree, 6month to 2 years of experience in a technology organization performing customer service sales/support / Order Execution.
Freshers are welcome.
Should have experience in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
Experience providing inside sales support to a scientific instrumentation/high tech/medical device services organization strongly preferred.
Proven communication skills - both verbal and written
Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, interpret data and investigate findings
Effective telephone skills
Time management, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills
Motivated and goal focused
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects
Team-player: provide team support, feedback, and share responsibilities
Computer Skills: intermediate use of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, SAP
Experience with a customer database (CRM)
