Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, your main responsibilities will include:
Devising interaction strategies in sync with user goals and clients' business goals, develops navigation and structure, designs wireframes or interactive prototypes, and organizes content
Designing journeys and experiences; not just pages, screens and components
Facilitating internal team communication, bridging the gap between content, user research, functional development, design system, and product
Presenting design solutions to all levels of stakeholders
Collaborating with other designers in multiple offices: helping to mentor juniors and support principles
Tirelessly advocating for the needs and goals of real users
Influencing, sharing and collaborating early in the feature definition process
Looking for simpler, but better solutions to design problems
First line of action in scope definition and design level of effort.
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong UX Design experience in a software or web development environment creating web based or SaaS applications
Deep understanding of the Interactive Development Process - thorough knowledge and several years of experience planning, documenting and leading interactive projects
Immersed in UX best practices, able to recommend procedural changes and efficiency
A Designer's Eye - Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes
Projects a strong collaborative and consultative presence to conduct effective questioning and information-gathering engagements
Demonstrated ability to innovate and design exceptional user experiences; must have a portfolio ready to share and present
Experience working in and contributing to Design Systems
Experience working within Agile teams - Jira knowledge required.
Bachelor's Degree in HCI or Graphic Design and/or relevant field of study, or equivalent commercial experience.
