    Auprès de nos avocats, vos missions juridiques incluent des recherches doctrinales et jurisprudentielles, la préparation de consultations, la rédaction de clauses contractuelles, de conclusions ou de mémoires d'arbitrage. Vous participez également à des audits, à des signings/closings et à la préparation de dossiers de plaidoiries ou de filings.
