    Responsibilities

    We seek an exceptional Manager of Solution Consulting (Presales) based in the US to join our growing team. This role will report to our Global VP of Solutions Consulting and will play an integral role in creating a vision for our customers. It is also critical in developing, leading, and managing a world-class team that continually delivers high-quality customer service.

    In this role, you will also be responsible to:

    • Manage a team of Solution Consultants (Presales) aligned with our Commercial Segment
    • Work in partnership with the Commercial Sales Leaders in planning, forecasting, running QBRs, presales coverage, enabling the region and meeting revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership team in leading Presales and Customer Success initiatives.
    • Effectively attract, hire, develop and retain top talent via coaching to grow our talented solution consulting organization.
    • Effectively manage, coach and enable your team with best practices in opportunity engagements and partnering with sales and post-sales teams to optimize customer adoption, win rates and regional target attainments.
    • Articulate and educate on business, technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including business users, developers, architects, IT operations professionals, and senior IT management.

    Requirements

    Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

    • Strong experience in leading and building presales organizations in the Commercial Segment.
    • BA/BS or equivalent education - Computer Science is a plus
    • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
    • 3+ years of leading and managing a presales teamin a SaaS organization
    • Strong background and knowledge in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals.
    • Experience in enterprise architecture, middleware and enterprise software
    • Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps
    • integration vendors include MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic etc.

    For California applicants, the base pay for this role may range between $165,000 - $220,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
