an upload of data received from Human Resources or other vendors to include insurance, 401K, travel, p-card, etc.
Adhere to the global month-end closing schedule including the preparation of the month-end reports and all related general ledger reconciliations.
Research all vendor/customer/parent/affiliate statements upon receipt and answer all inquiries.
Assist with other projects as needed.
What you'll need to be successful:
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk.
Associate's degree or relevant work experience is a plus.
2 - 4 years working in accounting or general office.
Self-motivated, strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel, SAP a plus.

Pay:
$40,000 to $68,000
Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
