    Position summary

    What you'll be doing:

    • Based on direction from the National Dealer Development Manager, support market analysis by conducting research and compiling consumer demographic statistics, dealership location and traffic count information, business review ratings, existing dealer sales history, and competitive brand dealer information. Work with inside legal counsel to confirm Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) requirements for markets.

    • Manage the dealer prospect vetting process, including scheduling internal review sessions, evaluating dealer applications for completeness, and coordinating follow-up steps with internal stakeholders and legal based on established procedures.

    • Collaborate with the National Dealer Development Manager to monitor dealer development action items, communicate requirements to cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution and verification of assigned tasks.

    • Review and summarize dealer business plans, purchase agreements, financial statements (P&L and pro forma), and background check information in alignment with the structured dealer application and approval process.

    • Maintain and continuously improve the customer experience survey process by monitoring feedback, generating reports, identifying trends, and conducting follow-up actions in accordance with defined support protocols.

    • Provide administrative and analytical support for dealer relocation and termination activities by compiling required documents and reports in adherence with established processes.

    • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dealer development functions and prepare updated reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal review.

    What you need to be successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in dealer development, customer experience, market research, sales operations, or related business support functions.

    • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).

    • Experience with enterprise systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, and Business Objects.

    • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial documents, including profit and loss statements and other financial reports.

    • Ability to travel up to 10% for market research, analysis, and business support activities.

    • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license required.

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a company-issued or personal credit card for travel-related expenses.
