    Position summary

    peak performance. Your days will be hands-on, varied, and never boring.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Keep systems running smoothly
      Lead and participate in preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, lighting, and building systems-making sure everything works safely and reliably.

    • Jump in when things break
      Handle unscheduled maintenance and repairs including plumbing issues, hardware fixes, doors, furniture, and electrical components.

    • Own the details
      Maintain work orders, service logs, equipment lifecycle documentation, manuals, and key issuance systems.

    • Transform spaces
      Execute office moves and reconfigurations-assembling, disassembling, repairing, and relocating workstations and furniture.

    • Maintain a professional look-inside and out
      Ensure all interior and exterior areas reflect a clean, safe, and polished environment.

    • Build and improve
      Support remodeling and new construction projects including drywall, doors, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and finishing work.

    • Pitch in where needed
      Support additional facility needs as they arise.

    What You Bring

    Required

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 6+ years of hands-on experience in a live facility maintenance environment

    • Strong working knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)

    • Ability to read and interpret building drawings and schematics

    • Extensive experience using hand and power tools and testing equipment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft systems like Word, Outlook, Excel or similar

    • Valid driver's license and

    Preferred

    • Forklift experience
