Position summary

Handle special projects as required

Report to supervisor through-out the day on issues that might arise

Promote and practice safe work habits within department

Ability to work from electrical schematics, diagrams, sketches, verbal instruction and rough outlines

Follows guidelines on proper lock out and tag out procedures

Follows 5s principals and policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years maintenance experience
- Possess basic principles, methods and techniques related to machine repair in an industrial facility
- General knowledge of electrical and safe work practices in an industrial environment
- Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes and fiberglass particles
- Manual dexterity
- Have good quality & safety habits
- Have good attendance habits
- Ability to drive forklifts, tractors, and scissor lift
