    Position summary

    enforcing GAAP and policies and procedures, and policies and procedures specific to financial services.

    • Will assume sole responsibility for the preparation of the company's quarterly financial statements and accounting report and control over the issuance of the company's financial statements.

    • Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and reviews and providing information to J-SOX and external auditors.

    • Will act as liaison between operating groups, the auditors and executive management.

    What you'll need to be successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required, MBA a plus.

    • CPA, required, Big 4 or large regional CPA firm experience, a plus.

    • 6+ years of accounting, required, controllership experience, a plus.

    • GAAP experience, required, IFRS experience, a plus.

    • Excellent technical/data mining abilities and critical thinking skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Excel, Access and Business Objects; Oracle, SAP a plus

    Pay:

    $71,000 to $135,000

    Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
