    Position summary

    • Develop pre- and post-assessments to measure efficacy of learning content.

    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to capture appropriate technical and product information.

    • Responsible for supporting job hazard identification and safety analysis as prescribed by EHS team. Creation of specific work instructions for specialized MIC machinery and equipment, establish and maintain lock-out/tag-out procedures, etc.

    • Track, measure, and analyze results of content while leveraging feedback and data to improve course material and design. Conduct peer reviews and mentoring of trainers to adjust learning strategies as needed.

    • Apply Information Mapping tools to assess information, determine impacts and identify skills gaps.

    • Design facilitator, self-learning, direct and/or alternate student learning experiences.

    • Lead facilitator, self-learning, direct and/or alternate content delivery transitions with the training instructors

    What you need to be successful:

    • BA / BS degree with a focus in Instructional Design minimum. M. Ed. is preferred.

    • Minimum 5-years Instructional Design experience.

    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
