    Position summary

    These tasks include but are not limited to:*

    • Placing purchase orders to different suppliers based on parameters. Our supplier's area located in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

    • Monitoring of stock levels.

    • Completing reports and content of presentation in a timely manner.

    • Monitored the operation with suppliers.

    • Preparing all import documentation.

    • Gather all necessary information to track supplier lead times.

    • Maintained the YDLA (Yamaha Motor Distribution Latin America parts database. (MPL process, Franchise code, and supplier price information.

    • Supports the Logistics team (Warehouse location)

    • Back-order tracking and reporting ad hoc.

    • Investigates reason for back-order.

    • Updates Supplier metrics and KPI reports.

    • Assists in preparation of the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, KPI's and company projects.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Consideration for equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 1 year or more experience in customer relationship and international purchasing and import process.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bi-Lingual English and Spanish Preferred). English is necessary.

    • Effective communication and presentation skills.

    • Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Windows OS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & Outlook).

    • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.

    • Ability to work independently and manage projects and processes.
