What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field.
A strong educational background in administration, such as a degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or coursework in administration or management is a plus.
5 years of relevant experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or related fields such as Education, Instructional or Training and Development.
Leadership experience within the LMS field, ideally in an educational context, overseeing task delegation and the development and delivery of comprehensive employee training programs.
Expertise in providing outstanding customer support and guidance to participants, with a proven ability to address inquiries and foster a positive, engaging learning experience.
Proficient in using computers, software applications and skilled in clear, professional written communication.
