ee and manage Motorsport loan pool, providing tracking reports and supporting reconciliation including monitoring reserved units on monthly basis
Monthly budget reporting and reconciliation including invoice submission and tracking as well as liaison with accounting for new vendor set-up, etc. Assist with tracking, reporting and distribution of results, as well as make recommendations on improvements and optimization.
Work cross functionally throughout the MTS business to synergize efforts for the purpose of achieving overall business and product line goals and objectives
Liaison with Yamaha vendor partners and customers regarding proper use of Yamaha Motorsports logos based on Visual Identity guidelines
Provide media relations support as needed to ensure positive third-party reporting and reviews of MTS product
Assist with executive support needs like travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management as needed.
What You Need to be Successful:
B.A. Degree - Business/Management/Marketing Preferred
2+ years marketing and/or advertising experience
Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Must be able to work well independently as well as within a team-based environment
Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
AI Certification Preferred
Powersports experience a plus.
