• Develop and maintain component, product, and process specifications for new products

• Sustaining engineering for existing product lines

• Travel required to YMC, suppliers and test sites

• Technical support to suppliers and factories

• Interface with testing team for on-water testing and verification of product performance

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering or Navel Architecture

• 2-5 years' experience in the design of consumer products including electronics packaging

• Design of injection-molded and machined components

• Highly skilled with SolidWorks

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Desirable qualifications:

• Hydraulic pump design

• Fluid flow measure

• Fuel system design and testing

• Boating experience

• Project management including project scope/outline & estimation

• Good understanding of DC circuits and logic
