Develop and maintain component, product, and process specifications for new products
Sustaining engineering for existing product lines
Travel required to YMC, suppliers and test sites
Technical support to suppliers and factories
Interface with testing team for on-water testing and verification of product performance
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering or Navel Architecture
2-5 years' experience in the design of consumer products including electronics packaging
Design of injection-molded and machined components
Highly skilled with SolidWorks
High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Desirable qualifications:
Hydraulic pump design
Fluid flow measure
Fuel system design and testing
Boating experience
Project management including project scope/outline & estimation
Good understanding of DC circuits and logic
