nage department voicemails by forwarding messages to the relevant departments.
Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence. Upload customer documents into appropriate systems.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication.
Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
Four years of Customer Service experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ex. Word, Excel.
Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy
High degree of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties based on a deadline, in a fast-paced environment.
