• Reporting to leadership on orders, challenges, and production forecasts.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who brings both expertise and energy to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in the boating industry is a plus!
• Knowledge of material management, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Confident handling of sensitive company information with discretion.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ERP tools.
