    Position summary

    pport the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at each of the manufacturing subsidiaries.

    • Assist in the training and development of the quality teams at the manufacturing subsidiaries.

    • Work with the manufacturing subsidiaries to set goals and plan actions to improve results for scrap, defects and customer complaints.

    • Assist the manufacturing subsidiaries defining inspection and quality standards.

    What you need to be successful:

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

    • 5 years' experience in manufacturing quality assurance, product quality assurance or manufacturing engineering

    • Marine, automotive, electronics, casting or molding industries preferred

    • Experience with Quality Standards (ISO9001:2015 or IATF16949) and Quality Management Systems

    • Experience with problem solving and corrective actions

    • Experience with quality tools - quality planning, FMEA, inspection practices, data analysis, SPC

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

    • Travel up to 50% to manufacturing sites, supplier visits, training, product testing or other events.
