What you'll be doing:
Establish direction for the leadership of the company's Wholesale Finance portfolio; accountable for operational effectiveness and optimizing Net Operating Income.
Manage budgets and KPIs; monitor performance and report on results to Executive Management.
Partner with senior management from various product groups, YMFUS departments, and external partners to develop and implement finance programs to meet company goals and dealer needs.
Guide development of programs with these groups and assure compliance with internal servicing standards and policies.
Develop, guide and lead team of managers and assigned staff to create strong organizational culture.
Lead relationships with key business partners to optimize the effectiveness and minimize cost of operations.
Guide and direct operations of YMFUS wholesale finance servicing.
Perform other duties as assigned
Create and implement future growth opportunities leveraging wholesale finance outside of traditional Yamaha Motor applications (e.g., third parties)
Represent Yamaha and Yamaha Financial Services at company events, dealer events, and industry events.
This position will be responsible for the direct management of two Portfolio Managers and an indirect team of approximately 18 (supervisors and staff).

What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years wholesale/commercial financial services experience in Automotive, Recreation, Consumer Durable or Banking Industry.
Proven leadership skills within a complex organizational structure, creating clarity of vision and shared values
Management of operations-focused organization optimizing efficiencies with employee morale
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills, preferably with experience in a multi-cultural environment
Possess a hands-on management style with the ability to successfully prioritize, organize and manage multiple and often competing tasks
Energetic and enthusiastic leader with the ability to manage individuals, groups and teams; results and collaborative, team-oriented management philosophy required
Proven track record of developing high-performing organizations
Proven success in evaluating, developing and implementing new strategic business plans/relationships
