Follow procedures for customer accounts changes, relocations, and terminations
Process dealer terminations which include Canceling dealer in MDM, notifying appropriate intercompany personnel and canceling dealer legal file
Responsible for follow-up and maintaining updates of customer tax exemption certificates annually or as required
Performs audit function for accuracy and compliance of all legal documents.
Project based assignments, i.e. Prepare documents for transferring to digital, which includes working with outside vendor.
Responsible for digital document archiving within corporate records retention policy and J-Sox controls.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
AA degree preferred
Min 2+ years related work experience
Document management experience required
SAP, ACCESS or other Database Management systems knowledge required
Knowledge of state requirements for dealer set-up preferred
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Exceptional detail orientation
Superior organizational skills
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Fast learner that takes initiative
Works well in a team environment
