and support continuous improvement and reliability projects across the plant.
Support the retention of detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and safety checks.
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to purchase, install, test, and commission new equipment.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and regulatory standards.
Provide training for Maintenance Technicians and contractors as needed.
Support spare parts inventory management and equipment documentation.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement.
Participate in and lead capital projects, including scope development and vendor coordination.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. Relevant substantial experience may substitute for formal education.
5-7 years in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong background in mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, building infrastructure, environmental aspects, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in maintenance.
