    Position summary

    dinate lab and on-water testing and analyze results to inform design improvements.

    • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and troubleshoot technical challenges.

    • Mentor junior engineers and share best design practices.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and emerging engineering techniques.

    What you need to be successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

    • 15+ years of experience designing consumer or industrial products.

    • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software).

    • Strong communication skills for international collaboration.

    • Hands-on experience with machining, casting, injection molding, or prototyping.

    • 3D modeling experience (NX preferred), GD&T, FEA, and surfacing a plus.

    • Willingness to travel internationally, including Japan, for collaboration and testing
