    Position summary

    assistance to Marine dealers.

    • Assist with the arbitration of dealer and retail customer requests, including the authorization of customer assistance.

    • Interface with other Marine Group personnel as needed to assist in the decision-making process for determining product assistance.

    • Evaluate dealer request for field service assistance and forward request to regional service manager as requested.

    • Develop and instruct training courses in the classroom and lab environment (i.e., delivery, testing, grading and reporting). Maintain safety and security of classroom, lab facilities and training aids / engine simulators.

    What you need to be successful:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent Marine industry Service certifications; Associate degree is preferred.

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of Marine industry retail or service experience.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with the ability to effectively navigate and utilize computer systems and business applications.

    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service while resolving technical issues within a dealership, another division of Yamaha Motor Corporation, or a boat manufacturer preferred.

    • Demonstrated strong administrative and written communication skills.

    • Experience developing and delivering training materials in a classroom setting is preferred.
