Master Servicing Agreements (MSAs). Drive the reconciliation of cash flows and balances, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality financial reporting that supports decision-making.
Support Treasury leadership in overseeing the company's Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) programs, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with program requirements. Foster strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions to optimize program efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvements in liquidity management and funding strategies.
Partner with Treasury leadership to design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-quality processes for North American securitization programs. Drive continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance. Lead audit (AUP), due diligence, and internal compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and investor requirements while mitigating risk across securitization facilities.
Provide support for daily banking and liquidity operations, ensuring optimal cash management and efficiency. Assist in the oversight and reporting of unsecured bank facilities, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and risk mitigation.
Performs other duties as required.
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline required.
6+ years of related experience.
Minimum of 4 years of treasury term securitization and private bank securitizations experience required.
Detailed knowledge of ABS platforms and securitization mechanics preferred.
Must be extremely detail oriented and well organized.
Advanced technical abilities, including Excel, SAS, Hyperion, Business Objects, SAP, Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and EDGAR.
Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Ability to work on a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to also work independently, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization, interpersonal and project management skills.

Pay: $71,000 to $135,000
