UAS Visual Observer

• Assist with agricultural research activities, primarily related to spray operations and field trials.

• Support adhoc projects and special assignments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Agricultural experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of TC equipment and operations preferred.

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods during spray operations.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with UAS Pilots.

• While this position does not include decision-making authority, it requires reliability, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.

Pay Range:

• $36,000 - $62,000

Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program; our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
