Position summary

  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team

  • Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization

  • Monitor sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Expected Area of Competencies:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager handling Regional Sales/Zonal Sales

  • Experience managing a high performance sales team

  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite

  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics

  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and team management skills

  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Availability to travel as needed

  • Ability to leverage of Marketing and Education driven Market development activities.

  • Graduation in Science stream and possibly degree Business Administration or relevant field
