Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
Monitor sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Expected Area of Competencies:
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager handling Regional Sales/Zonal Sales
Experience managing a high performance sales team
Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite
An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Ability to leverage of Marketing and Education driven Market development activities.
Graduation in Science stream and possibly degree Business Administration or relevant field
