Firmware Engineer Internship/Co-op

be interfacing closely with the electrical, mechanical, and optical engineers designing the hardware, as well as the Perception team for the evaluation of sensors and the Core team for writing and bringing up hardware drivers.

Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements

• Proficiency in C and/or C++, experience in assembly is a great bonus

• Experience writing and debugging embedded software, including device drivers

• Hands-on experience with embedded development kits and/or custom PCB hardware

• Experience using oscilloscope/logic analyzer

• Professional and positive communication skills

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
