  • Performance Metrics: Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success and track performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in product management or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline, plus 2+ years of experience in:

  • Product management or design.

  • Working within a technical team to define and execute product vision and requirements.

  • Delivering technical presentations.

  • Analyzing large-scale data to inform decisions.

  • Translating diverse requirements into actionable product solutions.

  • Applying analytical tools and methodologies.

  • Demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strategic Vision: Proven experience in setting and executing a product vision and strategy.

  • Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from integrating customer feedback to executing product launches.

  • Leadership: Experience in recruiting and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an evolving environment where creativity and flexibility are key.

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $149,000 - $216,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
