The Internal Auditor role is critical to supporting the company's growth and scalability. You will have the opportunity to work with teams in Finance, IT and other key stakeholders both in India and internationally under the supervision of Internal Audit Manager. You will be required to complete testing, engage with
management where exceptions are identified and deliver on Zuora's global SOX program. Through the relationships you build with your stakeholders, you will have a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on Zuora's financial processes and control environment.

What you'll do

  • Working closely with the Internal Audit Manager responsible for SOX. You will be responsible for completion of testing to support managements Internal Control over Financial Reporting assessment.

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Assist IA Manager in the evaluation of any identified internal control deficiencies

  • Working closely with the Internal Audit Manager for implementation of new initiatives, Adhoc Internal control reviews and preparation of review reports

  • Ensuring appropriate documentation and process flows are reflective of current processes

Your experience

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit, SOX, ICFR

  • CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or related professional degree / certification

  • Working level knowledge of ICFR principles and guidance (eg. COSO Internal Control Framework)

  • Experience using GRC tool such as AuditBoard a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills, and excellent organization

  • Ability to learn and assess new concepts quickly, including through sound research skills

  • Ability to influence and effectively communicate (both written and verbal).
