Employees complete a W2HMO (What, Why, How, Metrics, Obstacles) every year to identify what their top goals are for the year, why they are important, how they’re going to accomplish their goals, what the leading and lagging metrics are and obstacles that could potentially get in the way of completing their goals. 

Through Sprinklr’s Employee Delight Assurance Program, every quarter, managers meet with each employee who reports to them to discuss their progress on learning, goal delivery and their happiness level.
