Hi all! I'm new to the group and actively seeking a role in Learning and Development. I have 6+ years experience in the field as both a Learning and a Training specialist, as well as a degree in Instructional Design and Technology and a certificate in Adult Learning. I've been actively applying to jobs via LinkedIn since October, but am still waiting for the right fit.. I'm hoping to find a remote opportunity, as I'll be moving from WA to MN this summer.
