Hello I need to submit a Flexible Work Option request to my employer this week and wanted to know if anyone can help me write it in a professional way.
It is a form I have to submit to my employer and I describe how I would want my working situation to look like. I am proposing to work from home due to certain factors like childcare needs and work/life balance. I would like to bounce my wording off to someone here who has done this before and succeeded getting a work from home granted to them. Please let me know asap if you can help.. Thanks in advance.
