Hello everyone, I wanted to create this page because I noticed that I tend to have very different opinions and viewpoints both in the workplace and even here on FGB as a millennial. I don't feel that is a bad thing AT ALL because I am always open to understanding others, but I was curious as to what might the experiences/view points of other people my age might be. Within the next few years we will be about 46% of professionals and I'm very interested in how we think we'll shape the workplace.
