I am hoping someone can help me, I would like to know what KPIs you use in your workplace when measuring the effects of wellness programs?
Hi Jill! A few ideas for you... 1) number and percentage adoption for each program [+ isolating new signups], 2) offer feedback surveys for people participating in programs, 3) consider offering onboarding, engagement and/or exit surveys that include a question regarding perceptions of wellness programs, 4) you could also look at some proxy metrics like change in workers' comp and benefits claims/cost. None of these metrics are perfect and all of them will have noise in the data, but I hope these give you some ideas to get you started.
