I'm looking for the same service for a career change.
I've used EarnBetter and Teal, and they both were great to helping me build a better resume. You have to give some inputs and upload "blocks", but you can also tell the AI programs parameters and make bullets/ accomplishments longer or shorter.
EarnBetter also customized resumes for each role that you apply to through their portal. Also FREE. I found it a GREAT help.
The Muse and Fairygodboss have great articles to help you build a great resume, including: https://www.themuse.com/advice/43-resume-tips-that-will-help-you-get-hired
Beyond that, their resume coaching services are not free, but are top notch and I can highly recommend :) https://www.themuse.com/coaching/resume-review
There are a few websites that will review your resume and give feedback for free, but then want to charge you to actually help you update it. Look at Jobscan and TopResume. But there is no guarantee that anything free isnt going to sell your info.
If you went to a College or University, they should have resume reviews. I checked with the University I recently graduated from and I can set up a resume review.
I use EarnBetter
