Hello all,
Any advice on how I can start a career in human resources? I obtained a certificate, and every job I see wants experience in the field. I have a bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, but I would rather do HR. Any advice?
Thank you so much!
DK
Hallo zusammen!
I recently signed up on https://betwhale-bk.com/casino/ and have been testing it over several weeks. The variety of slots, progressive jackpots, and live dealer tables is quite solid compared to other U.S.-facing casinos. Deposits and withdrawals were straightforward, though some standard verification steps were required for security, which I actually appreciate. Payout times have been reasonable so far, no major delays.
Yeah, a certificate alone will not cover it. You need to gain experience. And in general, it's rather difficult to get into HR. I got my BS in HRM 15+ years ago and was unable to get an HR job right away (I took the non-traditional route to my education and also did not truly understand the value of a good internship). It took over 2 years before I found work as an administrative assistance in an HR department (through a temp agency) which helped me gain the necessary experience. I stayed at that company for 10 years.
Thank you for your insight. :)
Can you do entry HR for a healthcare company?
I've tried that route, but because I have a little one (7-year old) I'm the one that takes and picks her up for school and the hospitals that have a lot of openings, are 1 hour away. My situation is very weird. I am having to look remotely for that reason. I am going to need a miracle position, but with today's job market, I'm afraid its going to be doozy. Thank you for your input. :)
