Hi Team!
I am seeking my next Remote Recruiter role. I have applied to several different companies but no luck. Any advice?
I worked for JBC Holdings and loved them!
wishing you luck
Numbers.
I'm an accountant BUT the secret is being quantifiable in any role.
"I successfully recruited 90% of my applicants to 750 roles in 6 weeks covering over 19 industries in 5 cities topping a 8 month span...."
My example is far-fetched, but it tells a story of success if it were realistic!!
See where I'm going with this?
I'm not a recruiter and don't know the industry lingo but I do know how to get attention of something tangible.
I used a similar approach. Gotta get them interested!! Then they will ask about techniques, etc.
On LinkedIn, there are over 190,000 people with "recruiter" in their title who are "open to work" and only 20,000 jobs.
That's from a few LI hiring managers I follow.
It may take you 1,000+ applications to get noticed. Keep trying, use your network and your recruiter skills to find those connections to hiring companies.
GL!
I’ve put in over 1,000 applications already lol
Ouch! Many of us have put in hundreds.... but thousands? Change up your resume, strategy, something?
