Experience: Managed day to day administration of employee benefit programs, liaise with benefit plan providers, brokers, and other vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefit programs, implemented initiatives to enhance employee's awareness and understanding of benefits program, provided comprehensive HR support to diverse employee population, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, processed payroll for 300+ employees.
Education and Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus on HR Management and PHR certified
Passion: I am truly passionate about working with people and building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them thrive within the workplace.
