Resume Over Coffee

I was impacted by a RIF in December and have held roles in 4 other start ups that didnt make it, this is making me look like a jump jumper.

Any suggestions on how to combat this? I'm already addressing head on in cover letters but it doesnt seem to make much of a difference.
