Addressing Menopause in the Workplace

Hi Everyone, I am seeing that many of you are sharing about how Perimenopause is negatively impacting your work experience. One of the projects I am working on is bringing menopause awareness training into the workplace. I have been in contact over the past few years with a consultancy in the UK that is doing this work there very successfully. As the conversation about menopause becomes more mainstream (like articles addressing the issue in the Harvard Business Review and in other publications) I feel that now is the time for me to start the program in US companies. You can visit the program on my website by going to https://www.atimeofmyown.com/creating-a-menopositive-workplace.html I would love to hear your feedback about this and would be delighted if you would introduce me to someone at your company that I could talk to about bringing the program in. Thanks! Barbara
