In a job that I feel like I’m not wanted and always nitpicking everything and when I got covid was off and returned and that’s when I got treated differently.I think what it is I was self employed for 6 years and I was my own boss and eventually wanted to do something different I’m strong headed and say what I think and generally like to do my own thing and if I think there is a problem I say up front always have with being self employed you have to be quite forward.

Makes sense! I’m the same way actually! I am very results driven and hate inefficiencies. I have no problem speaking out when I see an issue and usually it’s not received well because people don’t want to do extra work upfront or work more efficiency to save time and money because it’s out of their comfort zone. I don’t work in a professional environment even though there are several educated engineers and business people on the staff. They have adapted to “small” minds so I make people uncomfortable.
You have to find a work group that appreciates your drive and forward thinking. A direct goal oriented person who be praised not ostracized. You have to be the dumbest person in your group and for your case you need a much smarter group.

I get frustrated as well and because I’m outgoing and very sharp sometimes when I’ve spoke sometimes it’s like I’m getting ignored which fires me up as I want my point listened to sort it if that makes sense.
