I'm currently looking for roles as a IT business Analyst.
I have some calls scheduled with recruiters this week. does anyone know what type of questions they may ask me for our first initial conversation and what are some good pointers for these interviews/convos?

questions I have been asked around strengths and weakness, 5 year career goals, past successes and failures, your ideal company culture, work habits. When talking to recruiters I see it as a partnership, so I am frank and upfront about my expectations so they know what kind of roles or companies I may be a good fit for.
