Sadly, I have looked into it and it just doesn't work with how much I would have to shell out to get the benefit from my employer. Furthermore, they keep raising our parking, health insurance costs and co-pays our pay isn't keeping up. :-( It is unfortunate but more than likely for me to take advantage of the 401k, I would need to get paid a whole lot more.
